What is Explorithium?

Explorithium is a 2D sandbox game in top-down view. The game is based on building structures, surviving in a hostile world, and exploring the vast plains of the game. The game is inspired by many games, such as Minecraft, Terraria, Stardew Valley, Arcania, and Animal Crossing.

Player count is an essential thing for a game. Explorithium will be playable with your friends and family with a completely customizable multiplayer system. Custom DNSes, server infos, player limits, everything will be there to allow you not only to play in an excellent gaming environment, but in YOUR excellent gaming environment. Custom-built, made with strength.

Explorithium is made with and along with a brand new proprietary cross-platform game engine called "IcyDemon". The engine, based upon the well-known Raylib graphics library, is a match made in heaven for 2D top-down games, like Explorithium. The engine's item and entity logic is completely independent from Raylib, and thus, can be ported to a number of platforms using libraries such as SDL and SFML. Originally built for Wii U homebrew and to use GX2, the engine evolved to a cross-platform graphics-library-agnostic game engine.
